The service was excellent. I rent an apartment in an old house with a storm window that did not fit the window properly. It was open about 2”, which caused the heat from the register below the window to go straight outside. He cut a piece of wood to fit the opening and secured it well so there is no cold air coming in at all. He also installed a remote for a ceiling fan so now I’m able to operate the light without the fan. There were several other small tasks such as tightening door knobs and fixing cabinet drawer handles and he did them all capably. He was cheerful and very eager to please, and even asked if there was anything else he could do while he was here. Great work, Eric!
